 Pastor Jay Ellenburg attended Southwestern College of Oklahoma City, OK and Emmanuel College of Franklin Springs, GA. He came to the Capital Church in 1994. In addition to serving as Associate Pastor, he also is the Director of Nifty 50's, the Director Benevolence, the Director of monthly fellowship dinners & special occasion dinners, teacher of adult Sunday School class, teacher of adult Wednesday night classes and in counseling.
