 Pasto Joe Francisco was born in Halifax, VA. He attended East Carolin University and the Southwestern Christian University Graduate School. He joined the Capital Church staff in November of 2006 as the Adult Ministries Pastor giving oversight to Transformed by Truth. Joe served as Youth Pastor at the Greenville First Pentecostal Holiness Church and as the Associate / Youth Pastor at the Williamston First Pentecostal Holiness Church where he was also on the NC Conference CEM Board as the Conference Youth Pastor. Before coming to The Capital Church, he served as the Campus Pastor/Director of Spiritual Life at Southwestern Christian University in Bethany, OK.
