Ryan's enthusiasm for learning is surpassed only by his passion about preaching. "I want to proclaim God's Word in the power of His Spirit in a way that is applicable to people's needs", Ryan said. The words written by the apostle Paul to Timothy, "Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke, and encourage with great patience and careful instruction" - these words were burned into my soul when I accepted God's call on my life to preach the Gospel. I am thankful God has given me great zeal for communicating His timeless truth. To this calling I have committed my life. I pray that I will always be found faithful.

Ryan is married to the former Emily Wood. They have two daughters, Liliann and Elianna.
